Guided by the Earth
I'm an herbalist, ecologist, wildlife and environmental researcher, forager, and naturalist.
For as long as I can remember, I've felt a deep sense of wonder about the natural world and our place, as humans, within it. This curiosity led me to study both animal and human behavior, exploring what shapes our choices, our patterns, and our relationships with ourselves and the earth. Along the way, I became deeply interested in how we can cultivate behaviors that restore vitality, balance, and harmony—both personally and ecologically.
Over 20 years ago, I began working with plants through food and nutrition. That path deepened into a study of their medicinal gifts, and in 2022, I committed to herbalism full-time. What began as a personal exploration became a calling: to walk with others as they reconnect with their bodies, shift old patterns, and find healing in relationship with the living world.
I believe that healing and joy emerge when we learn to listen—really listen—to ourselves and our bodies and that plants are beautiful teachers and allies on this journey. Rather than seeing symptoms as problems to erase, I listen for the deeper patterns beneath them—guiding you toward herbs, nourishment, and practices that support your innate ability to restore balance. My role is not to fix, but to walk with you as you deepen into relationship with your body’s wisdom and the healing rhythms of the earth.
As a vitalist herbalist and lifelong student of nature, I approach each person with reverence for their wholeness. I trust in the body’s intelligence and its capacity to heal—physically, emotionally, and energetically—when given the right support, attention, and space. I'm continually humbled by the body's capacity to repair and realign when we meet it with presence.
Ultimately, I hope to empower you to become your own best ally and guide—developing a more collaborative relationship with your body and the earth. These relationships are not just part of healing; they are healing.
It’s an honor to serve as a guide and companion on this path toward embodiment, healing, and wholeness.
